Admission into the Program is on a first come first served basis. Students may be enrolled full time (5 days per week) or part time (4, 3, or 2 days per week) as per the contract agreement. Additional days may be added upon available space with Director and Administrative Manager's approval. Registration is a yearly contract for care in the Program. Changes to the yearly contract may be made in writing and are subject to a service charge of $25 per change. Fifth graders may enroll for a single day a week after January to assist in middle school transition. Parent/guardian voluntary termination of Yearly Registration Contract may be made by parents/guardians with four weeks written notice to the Director or Administrative Manager.
1. Fill out all enrollment forms. Fill out online or request a paper copy to be mailed to you. This includes reading the Parent & Student
2. Submit enrollment form online OR Send paper enrollment forms to: SHSAP 520 Hudson Street, Ithaca, NY 14850
3. Send the non-refundable fees: Registration Fee and Deposit to SHSAP 520 Hudson Street, Ithaca, NY 14850.
Please make checks/money orders payable to South Hill School Age Program (SHSAP).
4. Confirmation email or phone call from the Director or Administrative Manager will solidify enrollment.
